I provide engineering consulting focused on product development, design reviews, mold flow analysis, mold tool design, injection molding process and processing, and problem solving in both manufacturing and design.

My consulting today is primarily focused on concept development, engineering reviews, manufacturing and molding issues, root cause investigation, and technical guidance.

Engineering Education

Practical engineering education built around a comprehensive approach to product development.

The Engineering Product Development Curriculum follows the progression from defining what a product needs to accomplish through engineering analysis, material selection, plastic part design, tooling, and scientific injection molding. The courses are supported by engineering tools, worksheets, calculators, and reference materials developed for use on actual projects.

What began as a request from my daughter to write down the stories I had told over the years became an examination of the experiences, people, and decisions that shaped how I think and how I try to live. From farm life and military service through ironwork, engineering, family, loss, and reflection, the book follows those experiences and what I learned from the people and events along the way.
